Promotion Validity: This promotion is valid only for stays during March and April 2025. The start and end dates of the promotion are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Only one (1) promotion per party is allowed.

Booking Conditions:

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required to be eligible.

The promotion applies only to direct bookings made on our website calycantocr.com and is not valid for bookings made through third parties or external platforms.

The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Extra Night Option:

If the guest chooses the free extra night, it must be consecutive to the original stay and is subject to availability.

It cannot be transferred, refunded, or accumulated for future bookings.

If the guest chooses this option, each registered guest (up to 8 people) will receive one (1) complimentary free wellness experience during the stay.

Massages must be scheduled in advance and are subject to therapist availability.

Cancellations and Modifications:

In case of cancellation or modification of the booking, the promotion may be invalidated.

If the booking is reduced to less than 3 nights, the promotion will not apply.

General:

The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or ongoing promotions.

The management of Arboretum Main House reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

The house contains 3 bedrooms and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including children.
